Garlic Tofu

Wash the tofu in one piece;

Cut into small cubes

Put cold water in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and put the tofu in at the same time;

Turn on the fire, medium heat until the water boils. When the water just starts to bubble, turn off the heat and remove the tofu;

Pound garlic into garlic paste and add soy sauce;

Tips:
Put the tofu under cold water. Remove the tofu after boiling. The tofu is very soft and tender.
