Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp

Shrimp beard cut off and rinsed

Soak the vermicelli in water for 15 minutes

Garlic, ginger, white onion, finely chopped

Pour light soy sauce in a bowl, mix well with sugar and salt

Add oil to the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant
6.
Pour the juice made in step 4 and bring to a boil
7.
Drain the soaked vermicelli and put it in a bowl
8.
Put the shrimp on top of the vermicelli
9.
Pour the adjusted juice on the shrimp, put it in a pot and steam for 8 minutes.
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili before serving
