The vermicelli was soaked a bit more when it was made, but after being soaked in the soup, it tasted so good that it can be used as a staple food o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o"

Ingredients

Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp

1. The vermicelli is soaked in hot water to soften the shrimp, and the shrimp is removed.

2. Cut the vermicelli, take a small amount and chop, and chop the chili.

3. Put the vermicelli pieces on a plate, take 1 spoon of light soy sauce + 2 spoons of water, mix well and pour it on the vermicelli, and put the well-backed shrimp.

4. Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry minced garlic over low heat, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, sugar, 3 tablespoons of water, and finally add chili and boil to collect the juice.

5. Put chopped vermicelli and fried garlic sauce on the back of the shrimp, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion.

6. Put on the steamer and steam for 5 minutes after the water is boiled.

7. You can sprinkle a little more chopped green onion before cooking.

Tips:

1. Because it is eaten by one person, the amount of shrimp prepared is relatively small, and the amount of fans is a bit too much, but after the final steaming, it looks like fried noodles, which happens to be the staple food directly O(∩_∩)O haha~
2. In order to eat less oil, fry the chili and minced garlic together in advance, and omit the step of putting the chili and green onion in the hot oil at the end.
