Garlic Wakame

Soaked wakame. When you buy it, it is pressed with salt. When you go home, wash it with water and cut it into small pieces!

Wash and blanch the cut wakame in the boiling water! Be fast, or it will rot!

After blanching the wakame, add cold water, control the moisture content, put it in a basin, add the chopped green onion, garlic, salt, chili oil, white vinegar, mix well, and serve.
