Garlic White Meat

1. Ingredients

2. Wash a whole piece of pork belly with skin, add sliced ginger, spring onion and cooking wine

3. Put it in the steamer and select the normal steaming mode, 100 degrees, steam for 30 minutes

4. Steamed pork belly, take out cold water, drain and let cool
