Garlic White Meat

Ingredients: pork belly, cucumber. Seasoning: ginger, garlic, chives, a little pepper, cooking wine, green onions, light soy sauce, chili oil, sugar, and a little salt.

Soak the meat in water before cooking, and let the blood soak out so that the cooked meat will be whiter. Add a little pepper and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

Put the pork belly on a low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.

Cook until the chopsticks can be pierced through.

Chop the garlic, cut the chives, and slice the cucumber into thin slices.

Mix garlic, chili oil, light soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, and vinegar into a flavored sauce.

Soak the pork belly in a pot until it cools, and cut into thin slices.

Take a cucumber for each piece of meat and fold it in half.

Put it on the plate, pour the sauce on the meat slices, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
