Garlic with Pork Neck

Prepare pork neck, green onions and garlic.

Put the pork neck into the pot and add water to submerge the meat. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, depending on the size of the meat, the larger ones can be cooked for another 5 minutes until the meat is cooked. You can poke the meat with chopsticks, and it will be cooked if you can poke it through.

Take the cooked meat out of cold water or let it cool

slice. Here the meat is cooked and it is easy to see the texture. If you cut the meat along the horizontal lines, it will be very old, so cut it backwards. You can see the snow pattern of the pork neck after the cut meat.

Cut green onion, minced garlic, and diced peppers. I forgot to pat the peppers

Prepare a small butterfly bowl, put the chopped green onion + minced garlic + chili diced, then add soy sauce and mix well

Finally, pour the prepared garlic sauce on the meat and it's done
Tips:
A super simple dish, but a very delicious piece of meat.
Pick up the meat when it's cooked, don't stew it in a pot or continue to cook it, otherwise the meat will get old and not tasty.
Stir-fry or soup cooked in broth are good.
There is no scallion that can be replaced with coriander, but it must be chopped, mixed in the sauce and topped with meat.
