Garlic Zucchini
1.
Prepare a zucchini and a few cloves of garlic; wash the zucchini, peel off the scars on the outer skin, cut in half, and then cut into thicker slices
2.
Put the skin down in the container
3.
Put it in a steamer and steam, and steam on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes after the water is boiled.
4.
Slice garlic and chop dried red pepper; put all the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar in the seasoning bowl and mix well
5.
When the time is up, turn off the heat, immediately open the lid and take out the container
6.
If there is a lot of water in the steamed vegetables, discard part of it; pour the mixed juice on the zucchini
7.
Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the rice spoon, add garlic slices, put it on a low fire and cook; when the garlic slices turn golden brown, add dried red peppers, squeeze out the aroma, and remove from the fire.
8.
Pour the squeezed garlic slices and oil on the zucchini while it is hot; dip it in the juice or mix well when eating
Tips:
Open the lid immediately after steaming the zucchini, otherwise the zucchini will become very soft.
