Garlic Zucchini

Ingredients: zucchini, garlic, red pepper, green onion.

Slice green onion, garlic and red pepper into millet shape.

Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 3 mm.

The chopped zucchini is neatly placed on a plate and sprinkled with chopped garlic and small sharp peppers.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil and add the sliced green onions until fragrant until the green onions are slightly browned (take out the onions and throw them away).

Pour the prepared shallot oil on the zucchini while it is hot.

Add water to the steamer. After the water is boiled, put the zucchini in the pot and steam for about 5 minutes.

Add some light soy sauce and chicken essence to the steamed zucchini and serve.
Tips:
The steaming time should not be too long, 5 minutes is enough, the long time will affect the taste.
