Geely Shrimp

Prepare; beat the eggs well. Wash the prawns.

Remove the head of the prawns, remove the shells and leave the tails, cut the back of the prawns (without cutting), and remove the sand line.

Use the back of a knife to chop the shrimp lightly, flatten it, and marinate for 10 minutes with cooking wine, salt, ginger, and pepper.

Tips:
1. When frying the shrimp, lift the shrimp tail slightly to make the shrimp tail upturn and look better.
2. This shrimp is very easy to cook, the time is very short, the shrimp will grow old when it grows.
