Germ Whole Wheat Sausage Buns

Mix all the dough materials except butter, knead until the dough is smooth, add butter and knead to the expansion stage (do not add milk all at once, increase or decrease according to the water absorption of the dough). Ferment in a warm place to 2 times the size.

Take out the fermented dough, knead and exhaust, divide into 8 portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough, knead it, and connect the two ends tightly to adjust to an oval shape.

Put the dough in the baking tray, put a sausage in the middle, and cover with plastic wrap for the second fermentation.

When fermented to about twice the size, brush the egg liquid on the surface of the dough.

Squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing and sprinkle with a little scallion.

Put it in the preheated oven, 170°, upper and lower fire, middle level, and bake for 12-15 minutes. After being out of the oven, let it cool on the grill.
