Gillette Squid Ring

Remove the head, internal organs and fish bones of the squid, peel off the skin of the fish tube, and wash it.

Cut the fish tube into 1 cm wide squid rings.

Add a pinch of salt and pepper to marinate for 5 minutes.

The squid rings are first dipped in flour, then wrapped in egg liquid, then dipped in bread crumbs, and compacted one by one.

Boil the oil to 60% hot, put in the squid rings, turn to low heat, fry until it rises, and then fry it slightly until golden and pick up the oil.
Tips:
1. The egg mixture should be evenly coated, the bread crumbs should be compacted, and the shell will look good when it is fried.
2. The color of golden bread crumbs itself is golden, so be careful not to burn it when frying.
3. The size of the squid determines the size of the finished squid ring. Don't buy too small squid when choosing, otherwise the ring is not obvious.
