Ginger Beer Duck

Wash the baby ducks, cut into small pieces, blanch and drain the water for later use.

Ginger slices.

The garlic cloves were crushed or sliced. I was too lazy to crush them.

A small handful of dried pepper, 10 dried sea peppers, chopped.

Pour oil in the pot, stir-fry the duck after it smokes, and it will take about 5-8 minutes until the duck meat turns yellow.

Add garlic cloves, dried sea pepper, dried Chinese pepper, hot pot base, stir fry evenly.

Stir the ginger, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce evenly. Add the beer and add the duck meat and cover the medium to low heat, and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Put some chicken bouillon before boiling, and sprinkle with chopped green onion after filling.
Tips:
Dried pepper, dried chili, hot pot base, you can increase or decrease according to your taste, mine is a slightly spicy version.
