Ginger Chicken Soup

Wash the local chicken and cut into pieces

Cut the yellow meat and ginger into large pieces and flatten it with a kitchen knife

Put an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil in a large pot, add yellow meat ginger and sauté

Pour the chicken nuggets and stir fry evenly (I also put some chicken livers and chicken kidneys)

After the chicken nuggets have changed color slightly, pour in rice wine and continue to stir fry on medium heat

Add pepper and stir fry evenly until all chicken pieces are discolored

Pour in the right amount of pure water, about 2cm to submerge the chicken nuggets, and boil on high heat
8.
Add the wolfberry, cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes, season with salt when out of the pot
