Ginger-flavored Bamboo Shoots Mixed with Shredded Chicken

The chicken is soaked in water with cooking wine and green onion and ginger and then boiled in water for five to six minutes.

Peel and shred green bamboo shoots, add salt and pickle.

The cooked chicken is slightly cooled and placed on the chopping board. Use a rolling pin to loosen it.

Tips:
