Ginger Sweet and Sour Lotus Root

Wash the lotus root and cut into small pieces.

Mince the ginger and prepare the chili section.

3 spoons of vinegar, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of light soy sauce.

After the oil is hot in the pan, add the minced ginger and stir fry.
5.
Add lotus root after sautéing the aroma.
6.
Stir-fry for three minutes and pour in the sweet and sour sauce.
7.
Then continue to stir fry and add appropriate amount of salt.
8.
When it comes out of the pan, sprinkle the chili segments and continue to stir fry.
9.
Stir fry for a while and it will be out of the pot!
