Ginger Vinegar Pork Feet

1. When the pig's feet are bought back, let the stall owner cut them first, and then go home and cut them into pieces.

Tips:

If you have Cantonese sweet vinegar, you don’t need other vinegar to mix brown sugar. Also, vinegar is best to use brewed vinegar with a lower acidity. I chose too sour, so brown sugar is also used.
