Ginkgo Chicken Soup
1.
Chop the chicken and peel the ginkgo. My chicken here was brought by my dad from my hometown, and it was frozen, and the ginkgo was also from my grandmother's house. Mom peeled them off and kept them frozen.
2.
Boil chicken in a pot under cold water.
3.
Boil the water to pick up the chicken and rinse it off with clean water
4.
Pour chicken, ginkgo, and ginger into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and salt. Press to cook the rice. After the water is boiled, cook for 30 minutes (the ordinary rice cooker I use, which only has the function of cooking rice)
5.
A delicious and nutritious chicken soup. I, who didn't drink chicken soup before, fell in love with it. Just think about it to know how delicious it is, of course, if you like ginkgo.
