Ginkgo Yuba Scallop Porridge

Prepare the materials

Yuba soaked in advance

After washing the rice, add salt and oil, mix well and marinate for a while; wash the scallops and soak

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour the rice and cook the porridge, about 30 minutes

Cut the soaked yuba into small pieces; the soaked scallops can be crushed or whole

Tips:
Stirring the porridge from time to time makes the porridge thicker.
Although ginkgo is good, it should not be eaten more.
