Ginseng Fish Maw Pork Rib Soup

1. Soak for at least half an hour, wash and set aside

2. Put the isinglass, spare ribs, scallops, and American ginseng together in the stewing pot, add water, and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Put a small amount of salt before eating. If you like the cilantro flavor, it tastes great.
