Ginseng Steam Pot Chicken

Remove the roots of the mushrooms with a cross knife, wash the red dates and set aside;

Add chicken nuggets and ginger slices, mix in appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, stir evenly, and saute in the pot;

Pour the fried chicken nuggets, flower mushrooms, red dates, ginseng and ginger slices into the steam pot;

The steam pot is placed on a soup pot filled with water, and the gap is blocked with gauze or a soft towel to prevent air leakage. Put it on the fire and cook. After the water in the soup pot is boiled, the steam will gradually steam the chicken through the air nozzle in the middle of the steam pot.

The steaming time can be controlled within 2 to 4 hours, and it is better to steam until there is more soup in the steamer and the chicken is soft and rotten. Since the broth is condensed by steam, the umami taste of the chicken is less lost during the steaming process, so the original flavor is basically maintained.

1. If you want the soup to be refreshing, you can peel the chicken and steam it. It’s best to use Jianshui’s earthenware boiler to taste correct.
2. If you want to save time, you can put the steam boiler in the pressure cooker, half an hour is enough.
