Glutinous Rice Cake

Wash 500 grams of glutinous rice and pour it into plenty of water to soak for one night. There are two types of glutinous rice, long and round. You need to use round glutinous rice to make this glutinous rice cake. It tastes better and has a chewy texture.
The next morning, drain the soaked glutinous rice and put it in a steamer to cook. After being steamed, let cool. The glutinous rice that is steamed in water is really delicious. I eat half of it every time I don’t start making it.

Peel and dice the pork belly, add a little white pepper and some salt, and marinate for about an hour. My son couldn't accept any fat, so I simply mashed the pork belly with a cooking machine, so that he couldn't eat it at all.

Beat the pork belly and egg into the glutinous rice bowl, add the remaining salt, cooking wine and white pepper.

Take two rectangular containers and grease the inner walls of the containers with oil. Tell you a good way, you can use the peeled pork belly to wipe repeatedly, put the mixed materials into the lunch box, and press it layer by layer. It must be tight so that it will not fall apart when cutting.

It can be cut while it is done well. If the strength is relatively small and the pressure is not very tight, you can let it cool before cutting to ensure that it will not fall apart. It's really delicious, it's so memorable. It's definitely worth trying!
Tips:
If you are worried about demolding, you can choose a cake mold with a loose bottom, so demolding is not a problem. The ingredients must be pressed tightly when they are put into the container, which is related to the taste and whether it can be sliced!
The steamed glutinous rice cake can be eaten directly, or it can be fried after cooling, or it can be combined with your favorite seasoning.
