Glutinous rice chicken is one of the common traditional snacks for people in Wuhan prematurely. Wuhan's glutinous rice chicken has nothing to do with chicken. Some say that the fried glutinous rice chicken has a bumpy appearance and is shaped like a chicken skin. Another is said to be shaped like a chicken head. Why this is called, there is no textual research.
The soda bag is left with the glutinous rice filling, and a simple version of the glutinous rice chicken is made. The outer layer is crispy, and the filling is soft and glutinous. It tastes good, which is well received by my family.

Glutinous Rice Chicken

1. Add glutinous rice filling and chopped green onion to mix evenly.

2. Use your hands to make a round ball.

3. Stir the egg liquid + water well.

4. Mix flour + pepper + salt + egg liquid into a batter.

5. Put the prepared glutinous rice ball into the batter and wrap it.

6. Put oil in the pot and heat until 70% hot, add glutinous rice balls and fry until golden.

7. Drain the oil and serve on a plate.
