Glutinous Rice Dumplings

Main and auxiliary materials: glutinous rice, pork belly

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for more than 5 hours.

Wash the zongzi leaves and soak softly

Cut the pork belly into pieces.

Add sugar, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce.

Then add Weijixian soy sauce.

Mix it well and marinate for 20 minutes.

First roll the zongzi leaves into a funnel shape.

Put in one-third of the glutinous rice

Put a piece of marinated pork belly.

Fill it up with glutinous rice.
12.
Wrap it tightly with zongzi leaves, fasten it and serve.

Complete the package in turn. Put it in the pot.
14.
Add water to a boil, cook for 30 minutes on medium and low heat.
15.
Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. When the pork belly is marinated, the taste should be slightly salty, and the color should be darker. The color of my pickle is too light.
2. When cooking, use more water to prevent the pot from drying out.
