Glutinous Rice Egg

Soak the glutinous rice overnight in advance.

Wash corn kernels, peas and carrots, and dice carrots. Put it together with glutinous rice, add salt, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce and sugar and stir well.

Remove the top quarter of the egg, pour out the egg white, and save the egg yolk for later use.

Put the glutinous rice in the egg, add a spoonful of water, and steam for 25 minutes.
