Glutinous Rice Filled with Pig Intestine

1. Wash the large intestines and set aside

2. Mung bean, peanut wash and foam hair

3. Wash and soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours and drain the water

4. Pour glutinous rice into peanuts and mung beans, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper

5. Stir well

6. Tie a knot at one end of the large intestine, pour in the filling and the water for soaking the beans, and tie the other end tightly after filling.

7. Use a toothpick to pierce a few small holes with a toothpick to prevent the large intestine from bursting, put it in a pot and steam for 1 hour

8. After letting cool, remove the ties and cut into pieces before serving

Tips:

Washing pig intestines with salt and starch can remove odors very well!
