Glutinous Rice Meatballs

Soak the glutinous rice overnight, and control dry water.

Wash ginger, soaked shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and green onions, and cut into cubes (finely).

Along with the minced meat, add eggs, oil, salt, cooking wine, cornstarch, oyster sauce, thirteen incense, and stir in one direction.

Make meatballs and coat them with glutinous rice.

Take a plate and place the cut carrot slices on the bottom of the plate.

Put the prepared balls on the plate and garnish with diced carrots.

After the water in the pot is boiled, put the balls in and steam for 15-20 minutes on high heat (the steaming time is determined according to the size of the balls).

Out of the pot.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

It can be eaten directly, or it can be made into a sauce with steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil, and eaten as a dip.

Tips:
1. For beautiful colors, don't add soy sauces.
2. Soak the glutinous rice in advance.
