Ingredients

Glutinous Rice Pearl Balls

1. Right amount of glutinous rice, 1/3 bowl is enough, soak in cold water one night in advance

2. Add scallion ginger, rice wine, pepper, sugar, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce and sesame oil to the meat filling

3. Stir well and continue to stir clockwise to strengthen the meat filling

4. Cover the meat with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight

5. On the second day, the meatballs are formed into small meatballs, the soaked glutinous rice is poured out of water, and the meatballs are rolled on the glutinous rice until they are all wrapped

Tips:

Marinating the minced meat overnight can make the taste more transparent. Adding sesame oil not only increases the fragrance, but also wraps the minced meat to make the taste more tender and smooth.
