Glutinous Rice Siu Mai

The glutinous rice is soaked in water overnight, and then steamed in a steamer for 45 minutes. (I don’t have steamed cloth at home, I don’t know how to steam it)

Chop the lean meat into minced meat, and cut the ham and mushrooms into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan, add the lean meat and stir fry until fragrant, add the sliced ham and mushrooms and stir well. Pour the fried ingredients into a clean bowl, put in the glutinous rice that has just been steamed, add appropriate amount of salt according to personal taste, light soy sauce, oil consumption, and mix well with chicken essence. As shown in the picture below, take a dumpling wrapper, put the stuffing in the middle, close up, then put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for 30 minutes.
