Glutinous Rice with Salted Egg

Prepare materials.

The glutinous rice is soaked one night in advance.

Wash the salted duck eggs and set aside (the salted eggs I bought are packed in plaster, this kind of salted eggs is more delicious).

Put oiled garlic in a pot and sauté.

Pour in the sliced sausage and stir fry.

Stir-fry the glutinous rice until it gets into it.

Add a small amount of salt, and stir-fry slightly evenly with soy sauce.

Slightly fried ingredients, let cool and set aside.

Make a hole in one end of the salted egg, pour out the egg white, and save the yolk.

Slowly stuff the ingredients into the salted egg.

Tips:
It takes an hour to steam in a normal pot, and half an hour in a pressure cooker.
