Gnocchi
1.
Tomatoes are boiled and peeled and cut into small cubes

Knead flour and water to form a dough
3.
Stir the chives and garlic with hot oil in a pot
4.
Pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry the juice and add some water
5.
The dough is rolled into thin slices and cooked in a pot
6.
Pour in the egg liquid
7.
Add soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce to taste
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
