Go Free Fried Rice

Preparation materials: thawed raw scallops naturally, cut bacon into small sections, shred cabbage, dice white radish, smash garlic, chop finely, and cut green onion into sections

The rice is broken up by hand or other tools

Turn on the stove, put a small amount of olive oil in the pot, heat until the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and green onions, stir fry for 20 seconds

Add bacon and raw scallops, stir-fry for about 30 seconds, so that the bacon is slightly oily

Beat the eggs in the pot, the eggs will solidify slightly in about 45 seconds

Add rice to the pot and fry for one minute
