Golden Bread

The pumpkin is cut into pieces and cooked.

The cooked pumpkin is pureed with a spoon.

Put a corner of the pumpkin puree, butter (melt), sugar and salt in order, high-gluten flour, and finally dig a hole in the high-gluten flour and pour the yeast.

Press menu 9 fruit and vegetable bread, 750g to start the bread machine.

Finally take it out and let it cool.
Tips:
Yeast should not be exposed to salt and sugar.
Because this recipe does not add water, pumpkin puree should not be cooked too dry.
You can add cranberries, raisins and other dried fruits according to your needs. (I added dried cranberries, but it didn’t show up)
