Golden Egg Fried Rice

4 egg yolks, beaten and set aside

Rice, no matter how good the rice is. It doesn't taste good when it is fried without cooling sufficiently.
So it's better to eat overnight, and remember to put a fresh-keeping bag in the refrigerator.
Disperse the rice before frying for easy frying
