Golden Egg Fried Rice

Prepare the raw materials: overnight rice, ham sausage (or bacon sausage can be diced), chopped green onion, three eggs

Add vegetable oil to the pot until 80% of the heat, stir-fry the ham with green onion and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Pour in the rice and continue to stir-fry until the rice is scattered
4.
Add eggs to medium heat and continue to stir fry
5.
Hear the crackling sound, indicating that the rice has become more chewy, add some salt and stir-fry it out of the pot!
Tips:
The rice has to be fried for a while to make it more fragrant! Remember to eat while it's hot!
