Golden Fried Rice

A small bowl of rice

Separate the egg white and egg yolk, beat the egg yolk into the rice, stir evenly so that each grain of rice is covered with egg yolk

Peel and dice carrots, wash and dice cucumbers

Boil the wok dry, add oil and chopped green onion to fry until fragrant, add diced carrots and diced cucumber, add a little salt and continue to fry until the vegetables are slightly soft
