Golden Fried Rice

Wash the corn after peeling the kernels; if you don’t want to peel the corn, you can buy frozen corn kernels from the supermarket; prepare 2 more eggs, a little eggplant diced; eggs and aubergine, forget to take pictures;

The leftover rice is broken up and ready, I suggest you cook the rice harder, my one is too soft and glutinous;

Knock the eggs into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly; pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat up and turn off the heat, add the egg liquid and fry it quickly, then turn on a low heat and fry until it is cooked;

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, heat up, add corn kernels and stir fry;

Stir-fry corn kernels until 8 minutes old, add diced eggplant and stir fry;

Add leftover rice and continue to stir fry;

Add an appropriate amount of barbecue sauce and stir fry evenly;

Put in the scrambled eggs;

After stir-frying evenly, add appropriate amount of salt as appropriate;
10.
Sprinkle green onion and turn off the heat;
11.
Put it on the plate and serve it out.
Tips:
1. If you don't want to peel corn, you can buy frozen corn kernels in the supermarket;
2. It is recommended that you cook the rice used for making fried rice a little harder.
