Golden Jade Fried Rice

Diced cucumber

Diced sausage (size according to your preference)

After the pot is washed, boil the water and add oil

After the oil is hot, put the corn, diced cucumber, and diced sausage into the pot and stir fry

After stirring four or five times, pour the rice and continue to stir fry (the rice can be broken up by pressing the shovel)

Add salt, chicken essence, and soy sauce to the stir-fried ingredients and continue stir-frying

After stir-frying, it can be out of the pot

The amount of all ingredients is added according to people's preferences, but I personally recommend that the amount of added is no more than two-thirds of the rice.

Note that when using a non-non-stick pan, add the rice and use a low heat, otherwise the rice will be easy to fry in the pan
