Bite of China 2 The fifth episode of "Meeting" introduced a Taiwanese delicacy called Golden Needle Stewed Pig's Trotter. The Golden Needle dish used in the plot is fresh. I looked for a few places and couldn't find it. I could only use dry instead. , The finished product tastes equally delicious. Because some of the Taiwanese are also Hakka people, I added Hakka rice wine to this dish, which not only improves the flavour, but also tastes more fragrant and delicious.
