The leftover cold rice is used to make omelet rice, with the sweet and sour taste of tomato sauce, which is a favorite for both adults and children. A variety of vegetables are added to the fried rice, and the nutrition is balanced, so that picky eaters have nowhere to choose.

Golden Omurice

1. Prepare the ingredients!

2. Dice carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, and chop green onions.

3. Beat the eggs and add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, mix well without lumps. I am a native egg, if you don't have a native egg, you can use a regular egg.

4. Go over it with a colander.

5. The egg liquid that has been skipped is delicate.

6. Put the oil in the pot to heat, add the rice, broccoli, and carrots and stir-fry until they become loose. Carrots and broccoli are harder to cook, so stir fry for a while.

7. Add the diced cucumber and stir fry a few times over a low heat.

8. Add green onions and mix well

9. Finally, add salt, drip in sesame oil and stir fry for a few times to taste.

10. There is no need to brush the oil in the pot, pour in the right amount of egg liquid, cover the pot and heat it for a while, be sure to use a low fire.

11. After the egg liquid has solidified a little, add an appropriate amount of Sujin fried rice.

12. Cover the egg crust on the other side to get out of the pan.

13. Finished picture.

Tips:

The egg liquid is put into the starch for a little time to make the finished egg skin delicate. When frying the egg skin, you must use a low fire, and you must use a low fire. The egg wrapper is the amount to make two rice, and there is some fried rice left, so I just eat it.
