Clean the golden pomfret, divide the cold noodles into a cross knife, add salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and marinate for 6 minutes

Add more oil to the pot than usual for cooking. When the oil is hot, add the green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, fry until fragrant, set aside, add the Pixian bean paste and soybean paste, continue to fry, if it is too dry, you can add some boiling water

Add fish and fry on both sides

Add boiling water, the water should almost cover the fish, add cooking wine, light soy sauce and salt, reduce the heat to simmer

Tips:
1. Cut a cross knife on both sides of the fish, it is very convenient to eat, it is piece by piece
2. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out chili
3. You can leave more of the soup at the end. The fish is delicious when dipped in it
4. Can also be garnished with coriander
