Golden Sauce Shrimp

Main ingredients: prawns, yellow pepper sauce.

Remove the black shrimp string from the second section of the back of the shrimp.

Do it in turn.

Add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Rinse it well and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scallions and ginger.

Add spare shrimp.

Cook into the cooking wine.

Add the yellow pepper sauce.

Stir fry evenly.

Season with salt and MSG.

Add a little water and simmer for about 1 minute.

Turn off the heat after turning the heat to collect the juice.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Prawns are easy to cook, so they must be cooked quickly to make them fresh and tender.
