Golden Soup Lotus Mushroom

Prepare all materials

Peel the pumpkin, slice it and wash. Put it in a steamer and steam until soft.

Use a blender to beat into puree

Pour olive oil into the pot and add pumpkin puree. Stir well

Add the broth to a boil and add salt. Add lotus mushrooms and it's OK

Put it out of the pot and garnish it with soaked goji berries and blanched broccoli. It's ready to start.
Tips:
The lotus mushrooms do not need to be cleaned~ you can eat them raw~
