Golden Sponge Cake

Cut the butter into small pieces, put it in a milk pan and heat it until small bubbles bubbling around;

Pour the 7-inch non-stick Cuckoo Hoff mold in the school kitchen. Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 50 minutes.
Tips:
1. When heating the butter, observe it at any time to avoid scorching;
2. Please refer to your own oven for specific time and temperature. I cannot open the oven door in the middle of my oven to avoid over-coloring. I chose slow baking at low temperature, which tastes better.
