Golden Squid Ring

Add black pepper, salt and cooking wine to the squid rings, mix well, marinate for 5 minutes

The marinated squid rings are wrapped in starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in turn (the order can’t be messed up, the bread crumbs will not be easy to wrap evenly)

When the oil temperature in the pot is about 65°C (that is, the oil does not smoke), put in the prepared squid rings and fry them until golden on both sides, and then take them out of the pot
