Golden Steamed Bun Slices

Cut the white flour buns into slices about one centimeter.

Beat eggs, add seasonings and mix well.

Put oil in the pan, and dip the front and back of the sliced steamed bun with egg liquid. Put it in the pot and fry slowly.

Sprinkle some sesame on the bun slices. Fry it back and forth until golden, and then it is ready to be served.
