Golden Tonkatsu
1.
One piece of pork tenderloin.
2.
Remove the fat part, cut a finger-thick slice, and use a fork instead of a loose meat hammer to tightly tie the pork.
3.
Put it in a container, add 5 grams of salt,
4.
Add 5g Knorr Chicken Noodles
5.
2 tablespoons of starch, 2 grams of white pepper.
6.
Add 20 grams of water (or use beer instead), knead evenly, then add an egg white to lock in the moisture.
Knead for a while to let the material fully absorb.
7.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
I usually marinate overnight, the longer the marinating time, the more delicious and tender the meat will be.
8.
I thought the bread crumbs I bought were too big, so I beat it again with a food processor.
9.
Prepare the bread crumbs
10.
Beaten eggs
11.
The starch is poured on the plate.
12.
Take out the marinated pork and wrap it in starch.
13.
Wrap another layer of egg liquid.
14.
Finally wrap a layer of breadcrumbs.
Complete all in turn and arrange them on the disk for later use.
15.
Add more oil to the pot,
16.
When the oil is 80% hot, fry the pork chops in the pan.
Fry at medium to small fire until the surface is golden.
Cut into sections and serve with vegetables and sauces.
