Good Luck: Clear Stewed Chicken Soup

Main ingredients: three yellow chicken, shiitake mushrooms. Accessories: Chinese wolfberry. Seasoning: 1 star anise, 2 bay leaves, ginger, coriander and salt

The whole chicken is blanched to remove impurities and blood foam.

Add star anise, ginger slices, bay leaves, salt, and blanched whole chicken in a casserole and simmer for 1.5 hours.

Add shiitake mushrooms and goji berries and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

Turn off the heat and put it in a container and sprinkle with coriander.
