Gorgon Lily and Red Bean Soup

Prepare ingredients

Gorgon, lily, and big red beans are soaked in water for more than 6 hours and then rinsed.

Put the washed Gorgon lily red beans and rock sugar into the saucepan
4.
Add 3 bowls of water and simmer for about 3 hours.
Tips:
Dried lilies and big red beans don’t need to be soaked for so long, just three or four hours.
