The cooked beef that I bought is quick and easy to cook, and it tastes very good. "

Goulash with Tomatoes and Potatoes

1. Cut potatoes and beef into dice pieces, mince green onion and ginger, cut coriander into sections, and shred pepper.

2. Remove the stems and slice the tomatoes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

4. Add beef and stir fry.

5. Add potatoes and stir fry until slightly browned.

6. Add tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and stir fry to make the tomatoes juice as quickly as possible.

7. Add a little water, bring to a boil on high heat and turn to low heat.

8. Taste that the potatoes have been cooked thoroughly, add coriander and hot peppers, and stir to get out of the pot.

9. Serve out and eat.

Tips:

[1] If the tomatoes are noodles and the juice is relatively small, add some water, otherwise you don’t need to add it, and the water will come out if you simmer it over a low fire.
